CONTINUING MY UNSUCESSFUL QUEST TO FIND AN HONEST JUDGE OR JUDICIAL OFFICIAL IN COLORADO; LET'S DO A SIMPLE INTEGRITY TEST OF ELISA OVERALL, SUSAN BLANCO, AND BRITTANY KAUFFMAN Elisa, As you are aware, Melissa Hart is an advocate for the urgent need and professional obligation to devote time and resources and civic influence to ensure fair access to justice, shaping values and standards of ethics. The ABA has a similar policy as does the IAALS. So, to make my question as simple as possible, does CATJC and IAALS have any members who are willing to do what Melissa Hart and the ABA say they should do? I would assume there are three possible opinions on my draft amicus, if you and Brittany and Susan Blanco could indicate which is closest to your analysis. I would be interested in the opinion of the CBA and the JEAB also. a) MY draft amicus does not properly represent the access to justice opinion of the ABA, CATJC, IAALS, and the Colorado legislature, it doesn't properly invoke the supervisory authority of the SC over all lower courts and lawyers and does not represent a valuable opportunity for the SC to express an opinion and set precedent on the application of the legislative intent in CRS 24-50-101 and CRS 13-5.7-101. b) Although MY draft amicus properly represents the access to justice opinion of the ABA, CATJC, IAALS, and the Colorado legislature, properly invokes the supervisory authority of the SC over all lower courts and lawyers and does represent a valuable opportunity for the SC to express an opinion and set precedent on the application of the legislative intent in CRS 24-50-101 and CRS 13-5.7-101, as an Access to Justice or IAALS Board member I will not get involved in supporting it. c) Since MY draft amicus properly represents the access to justice opinion of the ABA, CATJC, IAALS, and the Colorado legislature, properly invokes the supervisory authority of the SC over all lower courts and lawyers and does represent a valuable opportunity for the SC to express an opinion and set precedent on the application of the legislative intent in CRS 24-50-101 and CRS 13-5.7-101, as an Access to Justice or IAALS Board member it would be hypocritical if I didn't express support for our mission by getting involved in supporting it. My guess is probably no IAALS or CATJC member would vote for a), almost all would vote for b), and there is a slim chance one would vote for c). Stay tuned for results if Elisa offers them.

I like how he addressed how people don't have much confidence in the system right now. There is a reason for that. There are actually quite a few. IMHO I think the system just needs a few more checks and balances. Prioritizing the needs of working class people over the desires of the ultra wealthy would also probably be a good idea. The herd is pretty oblivious, but even the average bear is aware that consequences for crimes vary depending on things that they shouldn't vary on (socioeconomic status, whether you're a cop or not, etc) The rule of law will be weakened as long as it isn't distributed justly. P.S. The war on drugs is lame.

Hello, My name is Kudzai, and I am the young gentleman that Norm is speaking of in this video. Everything Norm stated in this video is correct in regards to how he, and his students have been doing life changing work. I was 21 years old and had been living in the United States since I was 5 years old. I had built all of my lasting friendships here, and my life roots were here. I was facing the prospect of possibly having to go home and start all over and leave everything I had come to know. To say it was scary is an understatement. Norm's team took my case and fought for my life...and won. Today, I am an office manager at a high end dental office and am 1 year away from completing my Master's degree in health care administration. Because of Norm and his team, I have opportunities in the this country that at one point in my life were hanging in the balance. I am forever grateful to all of these wonderful people! -Kudzai

your site sucks ! in the admissions section of the law school site, there is no admissions information , you just list why boulder is the best place to live in . ugh! as if the average lawyer could afford to live there, if they wanted to eventually permantly. fix your site. don't just try to tell us why CU is the best option.
